I can't guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of any information on this website. I am only human so there might be inaccuracies or errors and I really can't be held liable for these slip-ups.

You obviously use this website at your own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

I reserve the right to change my prices at any time. All prices are in Euros  and include VAT.

If you use my website in any way I haven't authorised, then I might claim for damages or report you for criminal offences..

I don't want to compromise your privacy! So here is how I use and protect any personal information that you give me on my website:

If you set up an account with me, I will collect your name, contact information including email address, demographic information such as your postcode, and maybe some other relevant information too.

When I get around to it, I might use the information to improve my products and services. For example, if you subscribe to my email newsletter, I might now and again send you emails about new products, special offers, events or other stuff which I think you'll think is interesting using the email address which you have provided.

I try to keep your information secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure I have suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online. I will never share your information with any other company or third party.

If you have previously agreed to me using your personal information to send you emails or catalogues, you can change your mind at any time by emailing hello@frolleinvonsofa.com, or using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. 

Postage, payment, returns

International ordering

All of my prices are in Euros; they all include 19% VAT.

This currency conversion website is great for converting prices to your own currency. If you're outside the EU, you may be charged a customs fee, depending on your own country's laws. I post worldwide. If you have any problems ordering, please contact me.

Postage

I post all orders within 2 days after payment.

Paying online

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and Visa Delta. If you wish to pay using a different card, or your card isn't working on our site, please contact us at hello@frolleinvonsofa.com, or on + 49 (0) 176 / 21 54 00 14. Our site is fully secure - we use a leading card processing company and your card details are never visible to a human being.

Returns - online purchases

All merchandise remains property until full payment is received.

Every accessory and every painting on my website is handmade by me.

I cannot guarantee my pictures to display colour, proportion and details with 100% accurancy.

I will refund or exchange unworn items returned in the same condition as they were sent within 14 days of delivery, except for postage costs. I cannot refund or exchange earrings, for hygiene reasons. So please choose carefully before you order these!

I will refund or exchange any faulty item within 28 days of delivery, including postage costs. Send the item, your receipt and your full contact details to Heinrich-Roller-Street 8, 10405 Berlin.

After 14 days, if an item is faulty and you return it to us within 6 months, I will offer you a repair or, if I can't repair it, a replacement. If the item is not in stock I will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund (if you have had significant wear from the item, this may be for less than the original price).

If you are returning something to me please wrap it carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope. I recommend returning items using Recorded Delivery (or a tracked service if you are overseas), because I cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
